Originally from the UK, playing at clubs from London to LA, Miami to Sweden and Shanghai to Ibiza, Mikey Gallagher has made his career as a world class DJ & producer.

As a producer & head honcho at Shanghai Sessions Recordings, Mikey has
stamped his mark in the new digital marketplace and left a lasting impression with a string of quality releases.

His productions have had big support from some of the worlds top DJs including Carl Cox, who charted one of Mikey's tracks number 1 in his DJ chart for several months.
Using many guises he has released tracks under: Blue Harvest, A Man Possessed, Munchman, Flashback and indeed Mikey Gallagher.

His tracks have included a collaboration with US legend Robbie Rivera & has had numerous releases with labels such as: Jellybean, Universal, Serious, Slinky and delirious. Since starting his label Shanghai Sessions in 2007 he has had several top 10 download hits with tracks 'I Love Shanghai', '9pm (Till I Come)' & has discovered some of the best new talent from around the world.

As well as DJing at some of the worlds top clubs, Mikey has performed for an impressive array of A-list celebrities including a birthday party for Vivienne Westwood, Kate Moss & Elite model agency. He has also provided the soundtrack for hundreds of after parties including Britt awards, Shanghai Grand Prix and James Bond.

Ike aka Blackliquid has been in the music industry for twenty five years as a Disc Jockey/Composer/Producer. He has and still works with major artsists and key industry figures. Having embraced more than three musical errars his knowledge and experience in his field is drawn upon by many of his colleagues. Currerntly based in Los Angeles the UK DJ/Producer has his 2006 remix of Om Records award winning artist Colette - 'Feelin Hypnotized' - featured in the 20th Century Fox movie and soundtrack of 'Devil Wears Prada'. Other labels remixed and produced for include Sony (Japan), Universal Music Group, Shaboom Records, Baldeelox UK, Open Bar Music. His digital label Blackliquid Music is all things electronic with an intiial focus on House.

Phenomenal success was achieved in the release of instant anthems - Flava Fever/Guilty and You’re Mine on Matts self-owned label, Prolific Recordings. With International notoriety and gaining popularity, Dub Mechanics have emerged as one of the stand out DJ/Producer/Remixer teams in a long while. Scott G, Lance St. Clair, and Mike Sanchez (Dirty Sancho) all come from musical backgrounds with a deep love for electronic music. Starting in late 2006, the Los Angeles trio came together with an explosive sound of body crunching beats that quickly set them apart from other DJs. In early 2007, they helped launch Industry Radio out of Las Vegas as the resident DJs and co-producers for the show. A weekly 1-hour show featuring interviews and live mixes from top artists around the world.

They have co-headlined bills with a large roster of big name talent including, Starkillers, Erick Morillo, David Guetta, Hernan Cattaneo, Tall Paul and Nic Fancuilli - just to name a few. Dub Mechanics have played Las Vegas Mega Clubs, Studio 54, TAO, Empire Ballroom, and Seamless After-Hours. In addition, they have been infusing their dirty-electro beats to some of the west coast well known Super-Clubs like Spundae, Giant, King King Club, Dragon, Avaland, After Hour Power and "LA's Best Weekly" event, EM @ Joseph's Café.

Dub Mechanics hold residencies with EM Sundays and Beat Freaks Radio. They were quoted by 944 Magazine as one of the "Most Respected Underground Collective DJs..." from Los Angeles. Their mixes have been featured on Proton Radio, Industry Radio, DI FM, Beat Freaks Radio, and Frisky Radio several times.

Successfully launching Bro.kn Records in the fall of 2007 as an outlet for their productions. Dub Mechanics have signed some very talented artist to their label and have been gaining the respect of some of the biggest names in the business. Their first release "I Want Love" has been getting played across the globe with an overwhelming response from DJs. With multiple top 10 hits and charted tracks www.playittonight.com, www.audiojelly.com, and www.dancemusichub.com and follow up releases and remixes produced monthly you can expect them to keep dance floors sweaty with their productions. Nelson is heralded as the Godfather of UK Garage due to his numerous club hits on his Nice 'n' Ripe label in the early 90's. It was his sound along with a few others that gave birth to the then known as 'Sunday Scene' which went on to become UK Garage.

He also produced under the name Wishdokta from 1990-1993 when he was making Hardcore / Drum N Bass for the legendary label Kickin Records.

In 97 he started using the alter-ego Bump & Flex and began to produce UK 2 Step. He delivered some of the scenes biggest records by far including the incredible "Funk On Ah Roll" by James Brown.

Nelson has always remained a house head since his early Nice 'n' Ripe days and continues to do so to the present with his excellent Swing City label that consistently delivers top drawer house music.

Recent Projects….

Grant's remix of 'Fade' by Solu Music feat. Kimblee brought an underground classic to the mainstream. After tearing it up all over clubland for 6 months it resulted in a commercial hit for Hed Kandi records.

Other recent club smashes include Grant's own release "Spellbound" and remixes for Chocolate Puma, Towa Tei, M-Gee feat Mica Paris, Chanel, Jamiroquai, Simply Red & Alexander O'Neal.
